Campfire S’mores Cocktail
What you need:
- 4 tablespoons vodka (preferably vanilla vodka)
- 4 tablespoons almond milk
- 2 tablespoons Bailey’s liquor
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua
- 2 tablespoons espresso
- 1 tablespoon hot chocolate powder
- Crushed graham crackers, for garnish
- Marshmallows, for garnish
- Chocolate syrup, for garnish
- Eggnog (optional)
Pour vodka, almond milk, Bailey’s, Kahlua, espresso, chocolate powder and eggnog (if using) in a shaker with ice. Shake until ingredients are well-combined. Place the graham crackers on a plate. Rim the glasses with chocolate syrup then dip them in crushed graham crackers. Pour the vodka mixture into glasses and garnish with marshmallows before serving.
Maple Blueberry Mix
What you need:
For the blueberry maple syrup compote
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
For each cocktail
- 4 tablespoons club soda
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons blueberry maple syrup compote
To make the blueberry maple syrup compote, muddle the fresh blueberries and the maple syrup together in a bowl. Pour the syrup, bourbon and lemon in a cocktail shaker with ice until well-mixed and frosty.
Pour the mixture in a glass (including the ice) and mix in the club soda. Mix with a stirrer or a spoon. Strain out the berries if preferred. Serve immediately.
Bourbon and Milk Punch
What you need:
- 6 tablespoons whole milk
- 4 tablespoons bourbon
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 2 dashes vanilla extract
- Grated nutmeg, for garnish
Put ice in a shaker then add the whole milk, bourbon, simple syrup and vanilla extract to make the cocktail. Shake well to combine the ingredients. Strain the mixture into a glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
